ArchiFIRE is an architect led fire safety consultancy based in Donegal, founded by Michael Mitchell MRIAI, AIFireE. Our core business is reviewing design proposals for compliance with Fire Safety (Part B) Building Regulations and submitting Fire Safety Certificate applications to local authorities.      •   Pre-planning - we review designs at early stage for compliance with Fire Safety and Disability Access.

     •   Post-planning - we submit applications for Fire Safety Certificates and Disability Access Certificates.

     •   Construction - we inspect, record and certify works for compliance with Fire Safety and Disability Access.

     •   Existing buildings - we carry out Fire Safety and Disability Access audits/assessments.                     

     •   Certification - we provide BC(A)R certification for Fire Safety and Disability Access.

ArchiFIRE is managed by Michael Mitchell, a Registered Architect/Fire Safety Consultant, specialising in compliance with Fire Safety (Part B) and Disability Access (Part M) Building Regulations.
